The room was great-sized and functional, and we were provided with a double bed, scant bedding, as for instance. The location was peaceful, 15 minutes' walk to the centre.

I stayed at Kyriad Direct in Chalons-en-Champagne and had a great experience. The bed was really comfortable and the blackout blind in the room made it nice and dark for a good night's sleep. Although breakfast was an additional cost, it was worth it as it was plentiful. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The shower had good water pressure and provided warm water, perfect for a refreshing experience. The ample safe parking was convenient and offered peace of mind. The hotel's location was ideal for an overnight stay on the way to the Alps. The warm welcome and clean and comfortable rooms, especially considering the price, made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast the next day was tasty, fresh, and provided good value for money.

The hotel felt like a home away from home, and there were no complaints during our stay.

Very economical for an overnight stop for a family of four. We all shared 1 room with an ensuite bathroom. Room clean and comfortable.

It was somewhere to put our heads down and not too far from the main motorway down south.

The rooms smelled of smoke, even though they were non smoking. One of the beds had fleas or bed bugs. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The cost was quite expensive as it was so budget. We did not have much sleep. The doors were paper thin so could hear everyone coming and going. The breakfast was very basic and very over priced.

I had an overall pleasant stay at Kyriad Direct in Chalons. The value for money was excellent, with comfortable beds and pillows that provided the best night's sleep in weeks. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Despite a few minor issues, it was a fine choice for a cheap overnight stay.

The worst designed bathroom ever seen, no space for legs when using the WC. Internet registration and login/logout a bit complicated, and it allowed only one device at a time. Maybe we could have tried multiple separate registrations, but we didn't think abot it since in anoher hotel in same price category it simply allowed our 3 devices to stay connected at the same time (PC, phone, iPad).

The staff is always ready to help, the rooms and the hotel are clean

The rooms are not so big (for 3 people it's more comfortable to book the room for 4 people). Plus, the information from Booked.net about the rooms with refrigerator, hairdryer, telephone and alarm clock in the room is not true! There are no such rooms in this hotel!

The place was perfect and rooms here were clean. Great and handy location, it was so close to a very good Chinese restaurant, and industrial area. Moreover, it was 3 km from a collegiate church.
